Men’s Holiday Gift Guide

gift guide

To this day, Braun’s Father’s Day Gift Guide is one of the most visited pages on my blog. And I think it totally highlights what I personally struggle with – gift giving for guys!

I suspect it’s that last thing most women shop for. Christmas is about the kids, right? Maybe you and your spouse/boyfriend/partner decided that you wouldn’t get gifts for each other this year – totally fine.

But even if I say I don’t need/want anything, I still want the effort made. I want to open something on Christmas morning!

And so does your guy – I promise.

They’re usually the person expecting the least and being able to treat them and give them a few surprises is always fun. So, I recruited Braun again and asked him to put together some of his top items – and he totally came through!

BRAUN JEANS | SHOES | MY JEANS | MY SHOES

This guy does a lot for our family so it’s such a cool feeling to be able to surprise him Christmas morning with something he didn’t expect.

Now, some of these items are pricey but they’re what I would call ‘investment’ gifts. They’re all extremely useful and worth the money.. I love giving gifts that are useful and will be loved for years down the road.

Don’t feel like you have to do EVERYTHING. This list is more about choosing the one item you think they’ll most enjoy and then accompanying it with a bunch of small, fun items that I’ve listed below and tagged ‘*stocking stuffer’.

Stocking Stuffers

These are $20 or less items that are super useful like tweezers (is anyone else surprised by the amount of times your tweezers go missing or are ‘borrowed’ by your mate? Give him his own handy travel set), nail clippers (toe and finger), or a mini maglite (perfect for keeping in the glovebox – so handy!).

I love wrapping these and putting them in his stocking. And I dare anyone to say stockings aren’t the best part of Christmas.

And look carefully at this list – yeah, a pen isn’t SUPER exciting but when you find out it’s the pen astronauts take into space, is small and smooth so it can be carried in pant pockets, AND able to write underwater, over grease, at any angle, upside down, 3-times longer than the average pen, in extreme temperatures ranging from (-30°F to +250°F), and in zero gravity…it’s like the pen of superheroes and under $20.

Something For Every Guy

Or maybe your guy is the gun-toting superhero type who likes to take on a fly every once in a while, the salt gun (you’ve seen us use it a BUNCH) fly blaster is probably for him!

So check it out, tell me what you buy, and if there is something missing from this list? LET ME KNOW! It’s always nice to surprise Braun!
