Valentine’s is a tricky one.. some celebrate, some don’t. I feel like we pretty much celebrate everything over here BUT we like to be sure we are buying things that are purposeful for each other. For the longest time Braun and I kinda just left it up to each other as a guessing game, but now we like to just talk about things we want or need. It’s usually basic necessities, home items that we both want and go in on together, or just items we wouldn’t typically buy ourselves or want to get. I put together some things I grabbed recently from Nordstrom that I love that hopefully can spark some gift ideas, plus a little something spicy at the end.. 😉

I’ve been sharing these jeans for nearly a year now since I found them… Levi’s, I don’t know how you did it, but ya made the perfect pair of denim. This is the kind of pants that I don’t mind just casually wearing around the house because they’re that good. I don’t have to rush home and change out of them because they’re too tight or restricting at all (unless you get the wrong size, of course… I did that the first pair haha!). I would recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. I got a 27×28 in these. Not a denim person? Nordstrom also carries my favorite Free People linen pants.. they’re so dang comfortable and stretchy – but super cute!! I’ll link them below. There’s a few color options available. Sweaters… I really wish I could wear them year round. This sweater is made by Madewell and is considered a cropped fit, but I got my true size (small) and I really think it fits pretty good! I like that when it’s buttoned it’s not revealing. It’s also way cute with a plain tee under it, unbuttoned! The creamy browns and blues are soooo pretty. Not scratchy or itchy at all! This button up boxier style has been one of my go-to’s lately. Nordstrom also carries my favorite Free People sweater . I rate my sneakers comfort wise from 0-Disneyland worthy. These sneakers, these are Disneyland plus some. I shared my black and white pair awhile ago that I actually did wear there, but I am obsessed with this all white pair of Reeboks. The best part!?! They’re all wipe-able. They will STAY white. Except for maybe the laces, but those are easy enough to replace. I’m soooo happy with these Reeboks! Because I actually am more like Braun than I make known (shhh… don’t tell him)… I also got them in this color... it’s a creamy top and black sole. Gift Ideas:
This perfume would make theeee best gift… hint, hint Braun!! I was thankfully able to grab the sampler size kit in the store but I am dying to get my hand on the full size bottle because it’s that good. If you remember there was NONE available the first time I fell in love with it, so I sprayed it on the sweater I shared above because it smelled so dang good and I wanted to be sure that it lasted well. It totally did. There’s a few ways to purchase it.. A sampler kit or the smaller purse size might be the best to start with to try it out, or just trust me and have your Valentine grab you the big one 😉 I’ll link all the options below.

Multipurpose things are quite honestly my favorite. Necklaces make an amazing gift regardless the occasion! Madewell has some of my favorite simple pieces. This necklace really stuck out to me because the charm that comes with it is way cute, but also interchangeable with lots of charm packs they have. How cool is that!? One necklace. All the things. I grabbed this charm pack with a heart, sun, moon + stars but there are sooo many charm packs available at nordstrom. I’ll link them below with some necklace options too!

Have ya joined the Nordy club yet, or have you tried out any of their amazing customer service offers?? They have a ton of perks for shoppers.. including reserve online, try on in stores and buy online, pickup in store or curbside. Isn’t that reserve online thing amazing? I wish I had a personal shopper like that everywhere! haha. Anyway, there’s sooo much on their site and probably some of your favorite brands. They have free shipping + returns and amazing customer service.
