New Shoe Favorites With Nordstrom

I’m trying to think of something funny and witty to say about shoes that I haven’t already said.

You wear them on your feet? Seriously, I got nothing. You guys already know about my love affair with footwear so I’m laying out all of my favorites!

And luckily, they’re all one-stop shopping. Nordstrom is my go-to for shoes and they have some awesome perks for Nordy Club Members when you purchase, but more on that in a bit!

Here are the shoes that make repeat appearances in my closet!

Platform Sandals

My most recent purchase and OBSESSION! I couldn’t pass up these sandals in this gorgeous green and they’re just stretchy enough to make them wearable all day long!

Free People Royale

Of all my shoes, I’ve probably worn these Free People Royales on repeat the most. They’re incredibly comfortable and because they’re made entirely of leather, they just get better with age. Oh, P.S. they come in like, 9 colors – so you can choose the ones that best suit you!

My Favorite Boot Company Also Makes My Favorite Sandals

 These sandals slide right on, have comfy elastic straps, and are a good walking around sandal. I’ve even braved a 10 hr day at Disneyland with these puppies on! They come in a few colors as well. While mine are last season’s colors, the newest version is a gorgeous gold and next on my “definitely buying” list!

BIRKENSTOCKS

I’m a little embarrassed to admit this but I have like 7 or 8 pairs of Birks, but these saddle brown leather Arizona’s are my favorite! They’re another “wear all day” sandal and are just stylish enough to be paired with jeans, shorts, or a dress.

And I have a few pairs of plastic ones as well – like Crocs – only Birks. They come in a ton of colors and are perfect for the beach, the boat, or your local waterpark!

High-End Flip Flop

Flip flops are another of my faves but most aren’t “take me to a nice dinner” appropriate. But these Tory Burch are a dream! So soft and comfy and come in 5-6 colors as well. I recently took these to Hawaii and was totally grateful for my “upscale” flip flops!

Woven Comfort

These shoes are perfect for island life – they’re even called “coconuts”! They are 100% leather and have a woven leather design. They’re the type of shoe that only get better with age and the comfort level skyrockets with regular wear. This is one pair I can guarantee you’ll wear all summer!

Classic Sneakers

If you’re a sneakerhead, you’ve got to have a pair of Chucks in your closet. But like my other shoes, I like mine with a little height! These cream-colored platforms are so comfy and I love to throw them on with a pair of jeans and go!

You guys know I love Vince shoes. These perforated black leather slip-ons are a wardrobe staple for me. They’re the style “Blair” and they have so many different finishes and colors! They have some snakeskin that I have my eye on!

If you’re a true classic – you’ve got a pair of checkered Vans! These come in all colors, limited artwork, and even celebrity collabs! These tan currently aren’t available but I also frequently rock these and another pair that is black with beige. I promise you, you can’t go wrong with Vans. You’ll wear them every day and still want another pair.

Adidas Swift Run

[flex_row][/flex_row] They’re black so they don’t show any dirt.  Comfortable enough that I feel like I don’t have shoes on. They come in 6 colors (way more if you know where to look). And, you don’t have to break the bank to get these puppies.

Take A Walk On The Wild Side

Leopard print, snakeskin, cowhide, deer hide, crocodile print, tiger print, zebra print…all of these exotic prints were part of most Spring 2019 runways. I’m an early adopter. I’ve been rocking leopard print for the past 4-5 years.

It’s timeless, classic, and a neutral. Yep, leopard is the print that goes with EVERYTHING!

Classic leopard is the easiest route to take if you’re just dipping your toe into the animal pond and the Nordstrom shoe section has all the goods!

These Halogens are by far one of my most worn pairs (see the evidence above?). They’re comfy, they give me some height (I’m 5’4″), and go with just about everything.

[flex_row] [/flex_row] Next up are these super cute slip-on hightops! I think I’ve purchased every version of these since they came out because they’re just that good!

These leopard print slides are my second pair and another Halogen favorite. I’ve totally worn through my first pair! They are 100% leather, the back folds down so they can be slipped on, and they are hands-down the most comfortable everyday shoe!

See? They just keep getting better and these Dolce Vita Slides are gorgeous! If it hasn’t been established officially, let me do that now. Leopard print officially goes with EVERYTHING. Honestly, even if it didn’t, I’d probably still wear it on repeat. Like my Vince shoes, or really any of my other tennis shoes, I have a hard time passing on leopard print.
